1.1. The Customer must not include in their luggage:
- items likely to pose a risk to the safety of transport and of the persons carrying out the transport;
- items whose transport is prohibited by applicable laws or other legal regulations in force;
- items which, in the carrier’s opinion, are unsuitable for transport due to their weight, dimensions, nature, or packaging;
- live animals;
- firearms, ammunition, and bladed weapons;
- fragile or perishable items, items of special value such as cash, jewelry, computers, personal electronic equipment, medicines, silverware, precious metals, securities, guarantees or other valuables, keys, business documents, passports and any other identity documents, or samples.
Note: The list must be complied with in accordance with the applicable legislation in force.
