Yes. In the very unlikely event of loss or damage, your belongings are fully protected — with coverage ranging from $250 up to $1,000 per order in case of total loss.

All bags are secured with tamper-proof seals to ensure that no one can open them. Customers are fully responsible for the baggage they hand over, which is why it’s important to book only for your own luggage. By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and that your baggage contains no prohibited items as defined by local laws.

We understand that plans can change — that’s why we offer a flexible 2-hour cancellation policy. Just contact us at least two hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund or to reschedule your service.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the best availability. However, if your desired time slot appears as available in our booking form, you’re good to go — we’ve got you covered!

Yes. For safety and legal reasons, we cannot store items such as passports, cash, valuables, power banks, frozen goods, plants, animals, or any other items prohibited under Romanian law.
